21032: dilize: What is NCHR's mission? (fwd)

From: Dilize@aol.com

Was the NCHR's real mission the destabilization of Aristide or is it an
organization
dedicated to defend the rights of all Haitians?
If it is the latter, why are they not denouncing all those "accidental"
killings perpetrated by US marines?
What the hell is going on with Louis Jodel Chamblain whose death squad FRAPH
is responsible for the mutilation of Alerte Belance in 1993 and the massacre
of Raboteau?
NCHR's official (Esperance) is calling today for an investigation to the St
Marc
massacre. Great.  Noble.
What about those happy trigger Yankees who have killed
at least 8 Haitians?
The murders of Lavalas partisans by Guy Philippe's thugs
(Richard Boucher and spineless Collin Powell's etiquette) at Cap Haitien?
The death threats (publicly uttered by Guy Philippe) against Haitian former
prime minister Yvon Neptune whose house was also torched?
The illegal arrests conducted by the police/armee du nord (they have been
morphed
anyway)?
Is NCHR picking and choosing its fights? Or does it have another agenda other
than defending the rights of all Haitians everywhere? Or is it more
convenient to attack ONLY Lavalas (deservingly or otherwise)?
Maybe the organization should go back to its original name:
Haitian Coalition for Haitian Refugees.
