Dear Mister Esser,

I like your letter very much for real. Good letter you write, or whoever write. Good.

I happy you like Haiti too. I send my copy of your letter to all these people ambassadors. But one little problem, can you find or someone else find email address for French "Tenue <de Ville> dans la foret des <Pins>"? I'd like that. I don't want to pay for fax on my phone bill. I am cheap, except for buying VS's. But seriously, I send letter under my other name real moun fou. That's how serious I consider this issue, although I am known to be kapon-fearful (NOT!! I usually speak my mind fearlessly but respectfully I try).

I hope those of you who are also concerned about the potential catastrophe of this transition due to the very serious human rights abuses should all do the same. Put your money where your mouth is, or something like that. I don't know right English terms.

This is not a partisan issue. This is a "Haiti-lovers" and all-people-of-the-world-lovers' issue. In fact, I would even suggest that we have an international campaign on this issue, on behalf of the Haitian people in this difficult time.

This transition may fall flat on its face, unless the very serious issue of human rights is tackled right away. Mark Du Tuyau's words on this little thing but so serious. Otherwise, Mister Boca Raton may have to go back to his villa with his "freedom fighters" buddies. I am just tired at this point, of "transitional governments" or "overthrowing gouvernements bikoz the good-serious-people don't like this prezidan or that prezidan". We need stable stability for fostering a good state.

Moun fou,
Du Tuyau
