Bottom line- A vacated Grupo M plant isn't producing a dime for anybody.
Find some currently unemployed Haitian business school graduates who could
run the front office. There are a host of unemployed ex-Grupo workers.
Let's put Haitians back to work with decent working conditions, under decent
Haitian-led management.

If they're stuck for folks with business management or marketing skills, MPP
might help train some.

As for heavy "government involvement"- Show that the cooperative (a
worker-owned and controlled business which pays a base wage to each worker,
who also shares in the portion of the cooperative's profits that are set
aside for profit-sharing, could be a showpiece of success for the new
government.
