while i agree with M. Walton that the departures of both Duvalier and
Cedras
were good things, i disagree that it was necessary for the USA to use our
tax
dollars to rent the homes of a murderous dictator. i think, on the
contrary,
that it would have been quite easy for the USA to do a "modern kidnapping"
of
Cedras, and then pep la could have dechouke'd his homes what they did to

palais a tabarre. i was actually in one of them once... and man, what a
lovely
collection of haitian art Raoul had.
