I just hope that the silver lining -that the world will recognize that NO
president, no Port-au-Prince government, has done a thing for the rest of
the
country for over a century (with the arguable exception of Estime 1946-50)
-
will come to world consciousness, and people will stop paying so much
attention
to whoever is President, and DO SOMETHING for the people of Haiti and
their
crippling ecology.  Stop depending on Port au Prince politicians for
starters.
