good morning.  with due respect to the poster's article about Haiti's
environmental crisis, the book he cites is old enough not to expect
too many additional sales, so there is little benefit of keeping his
article hidden from view.  I think he would win new friends and potential
buyers for his next article if he simply disclosed what are the two
visions that he believes have retarded Haiti's ability to protect and
make the best use of its people and resources.  even better, if he
believes his points are still valid, he could ask the publisher for
rights to reprint his article, then post it here or offer it for sale as
a pamphlet.
