23414: QCSROM: Repressions and unrests in Haiti

Father Gerard Jean-Juste was severely beaten and arrested by the National
Haitian Police at the St. Jude Catholic Church at Petit Place Cazeau in
Haiti
this evening.  Children and elderly who were being fed were also beaten
and
mistreated by the police.  Father Jean-Juste is actually in custody at the
Delmas 33 Precinct in Delmas, Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
