CONFERENCE CONNECTS SOUTH FLORIDA TO CARIBBEAN AND CENTRAL AMERICAN BUSINESS

TRADEWINDS 2004 INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CONFERENCE, OCT. 26

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (October 18, 2004) -

      Haiti's Interim Prime Minister Gérard Latortue, whose island nation
was hit especially hard by hurricane Jeanne, will deliver the conference's
midday keynote address. US Congressman Mark Foley, who was instrumental in
extending the invitation to the Prime Minister, will introduce Latortue.
     The 2004 Tradewinds Conference will be held Oct. 26 in West Palm Beach
from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Registration for the all-day event is $150 for
non-members and $125 for members. This includes all workshops, breakfast,
