J. David Lyall <postmaster@lyalls.net>Well, the Terre Rouge that is being talked about is on top of Morne Cabrit, almost in sight of PauP on the road to Mirabelais. There is a caserne there that the AnMil took over.
StiddemDavid@aol.com Both wrong. Terre Rouge is between Trou-de-No and Fort Liberte. Terre Rouge (which, despite AP, VOA, and Delva reports, is not in the Central Plateau, but just outside of Port au Prince).
