I have a couple of (non-related!) questions which I hope members of the list
can help me with.

1. I have a 1st edition of "The White King of La Gonave" by Fustin Wirkus,
written in 1933.  It includes a picture of King Firmin I's crown from the
19th century.  Does anyone know where this is located now, is it on public
view anywhere, and are there other such treasures from the period of the
Haitian royalty?

2. Has anyone written a good recent political biography of Aristide?  Does
anyone know where I can find one, or of any plans to do so?
