40 unelected mayors being taught by Floridian
municipalities with ELECTED officials one assumes...

Forty mayors from across Haiti spent the week in
South Florida

And thanks to Leth for letting us know exactly who we
should trust, apart from himself of course, when it
comes to understanding the Neptune issue. Always
wondered who that little crew comprised and I assume
Gold is hanging out in the balcony?
