 Friday, June 10:
11.00 AM: Registration.

2:00 PM: Call to Conference Hall :

2:15 PM : Welcoming words. Father Aris and the Washington delegation

 Prayer: Call to the Spirit.
Musical interlude
2:40 PM: Logistics: Sister Marcelle
2:50 PM: Ice-breaker.
Presentations by various delegations.

Musical interlude. (Ludwine, Maille, Jean Robert, Alex)

 During the music, His Eminence Cardinal William Keeler arrives.
Introduction of Cardinal Keeler.
Presentations continue after Cardinal Keeler speaks.
4 PM: His Excellency Bishop Paul Loverde

 Introduction of Father Cyprian Davis. OSB, author of "The
History of Black Catholics in the United States"

4.45 PM: Questions and answers with Father Davis.

Musical interlude (time permitting).

5.15 PM: Proceed to dinner.

 5:30 PM: Dinner.

7 PM: Night Prayer in the chapel.

 7:30 PM: Overview by the director of the National Center, Msgr. Guy

              Sansaricq.

8 PM: Conference on "Co-responsibility," by Dr. Marie Marcelle Buteau
Racine, professor of language and culture at the Universit of the District of
Columbia

Saturday, June 11:



7:10 AM: Mass in Chapel



8:00 AM: Breakfast.



9:15 AM: Morning Prayer and musical interlude.



9:20 AM: Conference on "Eucharist and Church" by his Excellency Bishop

               Willy Romelus of the Diocese of Jeremie



10:00AM: Brief musical interlude.



10.20 AM: Conference on "Organization," by Dr. Francois Pierre-Louis,

                 professor of political science at the City University
of New

                 York (CUNY).



11:00 AM: 15-minute break, with musical interlude.



11:15 AM: Afternoon workshops (10 minutes for each panelist) .



12:00 PM: Lunch.



1:45 PM: First round of workshops begins.



3:00 PM: Workshops end.



3:15 PM: Second round of workshops begins.



4:45 PM: Workshops end.



5:00 PM: General assembly:



               Panelists answer questions.



                 Attendees have an opportunity to buy cassettes and CDs
of the convention.

9 30 AM: Regional reports:

 4) New Jersey, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island.

5) Montreal-Ottawa

10:15 AM: Surfacing of the main issues of the apostolate and discussion of
resolutions.

 11:00 AM: Appeal for support of the National Center.
11:20 AM: Approval of resolutions

 Checking out of rooms and return of keys.

 11:45 AM: Closing mass in the chapel

 2:00 PM: Departure.
