A very good presentation on behalf of justice for Neptune.

Brian,  did you have an opportunity to pry and labor like this in pursuit of
justice,  when the government of Aristide sat on the fence during the
investigation into  the murder of Jean Dominique?

Under the Duvalier there was no justice  from the judicial system in Haiti.
Under the various military regimes, there  was no justice.
Under Lavalas, same thing.
Under IGH, same thing  still.
And yet everyone is always fighting for justice in Haiti. Only  it seems,
everyone wants justice once everyone is no longer in power.
