With all due respect sir, I just returned from Haiti last night from my
151st trip there.  Based on my limited observations, I believe that the  plight
of
the general population has reached it's lowest level of  desperation.  Do you
suggest that Haiti not accept money or food from any  country suffering from
a less than perfect reputation?  Especially one  accused of involvement in a
coup?
