From: viandemoulue@aol.com

Well, well-well; what can I say? It's life and I love it; that's why I like
Kreyól. For happiness, we say "lavi". Like we say to friends: sak pase papa? W'
ap viv!!; like: what's up? You happy!! How wisdom a lot in Kreyól!! Anyway ...
a little Brooklyn truth for me and then the issue at hand. Please allow me
little bit Mister Corbett.

Yesterday in my new hometwon in Brooklyn Flatbush nieghbor, it was beautiful
and
sunny; also in my school of community college. Today is grey and rain all the
way; I no like too much but is okay because more flowers I'll have for the
ladies. I will not have to buy at the near market from my neighborhood; too
expensive and I poor. But yesterday, I go to school and I see a sign on the
board for a class I study in sociology 103.5; the sign say: " a meeting for all
new recruits for BSU will take place this afternoon at 12:30 p.m.". So I ask my
friend next to me who speak English little better "what's BSU?". He
moreno/black like moi and he say, it's Black Students Union. We go to meet and
discuss our problems from the un-Afrikan-ness of this world in this great
country, a little bit à la Jafrik. So I ask him because I know he like girls:
"what's the catch for you; what you get?" He say: "look next to you!"

I turn my eyes fast and I see a girl Greek-and-round-looking and pretty with a
smile to him. I say: "you get like that?" He say: "Oh yeah..." So I think quick
and I say: "okay, I now am part of the new Rainbow Coalition; I will soon need
to save little money to go to store and buy some Secrets from my dear friend
Victoria.

So on the F train returning home, I happy very much because I am planning a
trip
to la-la land, speaking in meeting of BSU with radical words to attract more
liberal-minded "rainbow ladies" from the bodega and the school and everywhere
but when I get home, I open email and I read Chicago Tribune. They write and
speak and talk and everything and it's again, about not Syria (in French,
Syrie) but Haitian Syria, "La Scierie". I know someone want to talking Neptune
but I hold my breathing for 10 seconds with Buddhistic meditation and then I
read. I no understand nothing, the point author want for making or anything
like that. So next, I copy and paste in word and I look for all reference to
word "Neptune".

I doing so because after reading text, I assume (bad to assume, folks) that the
jounalis want to give more credential to Gousse S.A. theory of massacre and I
want to see Neptune and Privert proof of implication in massacre. I no see
nothing convincing but, because I know my English no too good, I decided to
copy and paste my findings here for you all to read from this article. It shows
once more, that despite the obsessive Haitian game of: "an eye for an eye until
we all get blind, a tooth for a tooth until we all become djól flobop/san dan/
toothless", there's nothing there that implies direct implication of Mrs.
Neptune and Privert in massacre. Not even innuendos in this game worked. Read
for yourself what I had picked up from this artice. It's all below. Read with
me and reach your own wise or not-so-wise like me conclusions. Here we go,
below, my favorite G-spot:

1- Former Prime Minister Yvon Neptune and former Interior Minister Jocelerme
Privert - top officials in Aristide's government - have been in custody for
months while a judge investigates whether there is enough evidence to charge
the men and proceed to trial.

(And here is where it truly becomes interesting for you to read where the
accusation comes from. Read part 2)
2- But Pierre Esperance, director of the National Network for the Defense of
Human Rights, said that forces acting under the direction of Neptune, Privert
and Amanus Mayette, a pro-Aristide lawmaker and militia leader, killed at least
25 people in St. Marc.

The nut case of the accusation? Here it is from former NCHR, now RNDDH top
official: Esperance visited St. Marc two days after the killings began and
described seeing five corpses being eaten by stray dogs.

But let's go on. Here is Mister Neptune's name again:

3- Leaders of Aristide's Lavalas Family party, the nation's most potent
political force, are threatening to boycott the vote unless Neptune and other
party leaders held for alleged human-rights violations and other crimes are
freed.

(I still don't get to know why the guy is dying in prison but let's go on).

4- Juan Gabriel Valdes, the United Nations envoy to Haiti, said the agency is
closely monitoring Neptune's condition but has no plans "to interfere in the
judiciary process."

Okay, so where's the beef? Let's try again.

5- Neptune flew by helicopter to St. Marc on Feb. 9 and vowed to restore order.

(Wasn't he Premier Ministre? If so, isn't it his role to defend his
gouvernement
he represent?) I still no understand but finally, let us see again.

6- The militants are demanding that Neptune and Privert be charged and
convicted, even though they offer scant evidence directly linking the two
former officials to the killings.

Ah-ah-ah!!! Not my words. I no speak English beautiful like that. These words
are from brilliant journalis United-States-Great-States from great name
newspaper in this country where we eat beef every day even for breakfast.

The best shot that the Gousse Inc. crowd has to poke Neptune and Privert eyes,
and to dentist their tooth and teeth by extraction, still is not working. Point
6 by journalist (his final point on Neptune's issue) clearly states that they
"offer scant evidence directly linking the two former officials to the
kilings".

Okay friends and not so-friendly friends; not my words; journalis words in
English more bioutiful I could never speak because I only speak little Kreyól.
So what's my point? Simple. When reading, read carefully with eyes of the
brain. Even haitipolicy.org, known for anti-lavalas-ism, got tricked. On their
website yesterday, they advertise article with rating of "5", as if it proves
Neptune's complicity.

I tell you; if I were lawyer for Neptune, I'd laugh all the way to the bank and
would sing: oh lavi-a bèl/oh que je suis heureux/Oh I so happy.

Du Tuyau moun fou.
