You might try travelling via Jamaica - they have flights 3 times a week
to Haiti, or via the DR and they have 2 flights daily to Port-au-Prince.

There are certain roads in Haiti which are not advised, but let me know
when and where and I will try and give you some information. I am being
copied by MINUSTAH for travel on roads within Haiti, which is updated
regularly.
