Half  Hour For Haiti: Read the Haiti Human Rights  Report
Presented to the International  Association of Democratic Lawyers, by
Professor William  Quigley
Last week Professor William Quigley  of Loyola University New  Orleans Law
School presented a report on the human  rights situation in Haiti to  the
Annual Convention of the International Association of Democratic Lawyers in
Paris,
France.   The report provides a concise  overview, citing both mainstream and
progressive sources.  It is organized into sections (see  below), and is a
good reference for advocacy, so print it out and keep it  handy.  Thirty
minutesâ??
 reading will  permit a general overview, as well as deeper study of several
sections.
