What does that mean? 'Tropical storms have had a deadly impact on Haiti
since the US installed Coup Government placed a higher priority on
repressing the supporters of the democratically elected government of
President Jean Bertrand Aristide than on meeting the public safety needs
of the nation'.

Tropical storms have hit Haiti more since JBA left?!! Or that the
Interim Govt is not helping the people?

Well you were obviously not here yesterday when PM Latortue stated that
they were going to release funds to help those who have been hit badly
by Hurricane Dennis - that they were going to do a study of rebuilding
the bridge now out after the hurricane and that MINUSTAH would work with
them. Plus they have already rerouted the road thru Gd. Goave so traffic
can go on towards the South. The initial funds would be released
immediately and then a Commission is being set up to see how they can
help in the future, including helping those who have lost their banana
crops. I don't recall ever hearing the previous govt. reacting as
quickly and succinctly as this.
