The management of Musikolor entertainment is issuing this
press release to clarify the confusion about Djakout Misik
and Nu-Look performances on Labor Day week end in NY.

The management of Musikolor informs the public in general that
Djakout Misik and Nu-Look will only be performing at the
Kanaval-Fest on Saturday Sept. 3, 2005 at Eisenhower park in NY.
Both bands are under contract for the full weekend with Musikolor
Entertainment and cannot perform at any other outdoor events.

Any advertisement stating Djakout or Nu-Look will appear at any
other outdoor event in NY during that week end is false
advertisement.
