JFYI: I just realized that here we've been helping to do a live radio show
over the telephone from Gwo Jan to Houston almost every week and haven't
told our extended family about it! I just caught up with the idea that you
can catch the show by internet, even if you can't get up at 5AM Houston time
or whatever ungodly time it would be live your time, by listening to the

The Haiti Show 5AM-6AM
 There are a few times when the telephones haven't worked, so we've missed a
couple of times, but last week Ron (hubby) spoke about Bwa Kayiman and a few
times before that he spoke about development, otherwise, Ari and I try to
give a little political news and background about what is going on and then
there usually is a particular subject developed as well and guest speakers
too. But as we say on the show, Ron and I do not in any way pretend to be
experts on Haiti, we just have lived here 20 years and the transformation of
our hearts and souls by the depth of embrace and tolerance shown by the
Haitian people is what makes us who we are today. Mawiyah Duperval, (who
lives here in Gwo Jan with us now) co-hosts the show with Jonas Eluidor, a
Haitian brother, in Houston. The week before last, our "son" Papy did an
interview about de/re forestation though the connection over the cell phone
wasn't very good, I was glad for the excuse to stay overnight and party with
his new wife and friends the night before!!
