vhnugent@yahoo.com There is a Russian Salad recipe in a great cookbook called The Art & Soul of Haitian Cooking available from the Haitian Institute in Washington DC. They are a nonprofit so I don't feel right about violating copyright laws to give you the recipe but if you love Haitian cooking, buy the book - it is full of great traditional Haitian dishes and they have reproduced in color alot of Haitian art and have interspersed Kreyol proverbs with their English translations thru out the book.
