poor neighborhoods
that constitute the centre of political  opposition to the US and
Canada-backed interim government?

Is it the same as asking the UN force to crack down on those resisting
Haitiâ??
s coup government?

Is it the same as asking the UN forces to "finish the job" of wiping  out
Haiti's mobilized popular opposition. â?? (a de facto lockout), and to  deploy
greater violence against the
population?
