Reading the article about an interview by the Long Beach State student Jeb 
Sprague about the kidnapping of (whatsisname) filmaker and the Haitian 
Hillbilly I was annoyed, again, at the silly commentary preceeding it.

The press doesn't say that people are kidnapped outside of site soley?
Sure they do. All the kidnappings take place outside of site soley. The 
kidnapping of the two guys that were the subject of the story were kidnapped in 
PetionVille. They were HELD in site soley. As they all are now that BelAir has 
been occupied by the blan.

People who go into site soley either have a pass from the kidnapper crack head 
armies, or they get shot. Or, they get shot even with a pass.

A friend of mine was killed in site soley in early January. He was driving a 
friend in there, a friend with a pass from the gangs. The pass holder has a 
warehouse inside the district and buys cocaine for the gunners when he visits. 
They were going to get some equipment out of the warehouse. Guy was driving 
Harry in. We don't know the full story, but Guy was shot in the car and died 
there. These are  both dark haitians, mind you, in a ratty car. Guy may have 
sassed them, like "whatta you pointin that gun at me for?". We don't know. His 
friend came out, however. He had the pass.

I've told gangsters to "stop pointing that M-16 at me" before. Pretty hairy.

How do the cars with kidnap victims get past the minustah to go back into jthe 
zone? That is the question. Peculiar that no investigators ever ask that.
