Your numbers (below) may still be a bit high.  At Nouveau College
Bourdon this morning, with results from 5 out of 7 BIV posted, Preval
had 903 votes out of 1463 cast (62%).  Manigat was second with 252
votes (17%) and Baker third with 146 votes (10%).

At Mairie Carrefour voting station, only 3 of 19 BIV's had posted
results as of 8 AM, but Preval had 349 out of 495 total (71%), Manigat
had 78 (16%) and Baker 28 (6%).

Of course, this is only 2 locations and doesn't even include all of the
people who voted there.
