I have tried to find out more than it's a city of about 12,000 in the north of 
Haiti; but my Internet searches haven't turned up much.  Any more specific 
information, especially what cities/towns it's in proximity to, will be 
welcome.

Could a visitor actually buy orange marmalade there?  A jar never lasts long in 
my home.
