On post 27729, the last paragraph of article 185 should read as  follows:
" Sont declares null les bulletins sur lesquels le bureau ne peut
reconnaitre l'intention ou la volonte politique de l'electeur"
and the previous paragraph:remains the same.
For those wiho can't read french, I will try to provide a  translation:
paragraph before last:
             "Are also valid and counted the ballots showing no  choice"
Last paragraph:
           "  Are declared null the ballots on which the Bureau cannot
ascertain  the intent or the political will of the voter"

Sorry for the oversight. Neverthelss, the observation remains the  same
