I was just watching local TV channel 11 and they are showing votes  found in
a city dump. The voting bureaus are identified by number. The votes are
signed by the vice president and the president of the voting bureau and most
of

the votes seem to be for Preval. The <blank votes> seem to only have the
signatures of the vice president and the president of the bureau.
Fraud????
