Weren't the ballot boxes supposed to be under UN peacekeeper protection as they 
were transported from the polling sites to the tabulation center(s)?  Were some 
responsible for protecting the ballot boxes derelict in duty or had they been 
corrupted by parties yet to be identified?

Oh, and I don't want to hear the donkeys did it  --  even though this is Haiti 
where all things are supposedly possible.
