What stunned me most about the article about the Canadian Foreign Minister was 
that they spent $26 million on the elections.  No wonder there are so many 
problems.  Just imagine what could have been done with that amount of money in 
Haiti.  There certainly would not be a shortage of poll workers, vote counters, 
drivers.
