Steve:

I can suggest Maude Heurtelou.
As a storyteller she has done presentations with Miami-Dade Public Library
and at the children pavilion of the Miami International Book Fair.
She is also a local author (4 novels 2 in English and 2 in Haitian Creole
and many children books in Haitian Creole and bilingual).
She gives presentation at schools in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach on Haitian
History and culture. She also have a series of photographs on historical and
actual Haiti.
Maude can be reached at her office 954 467 4923
her e-mail is _mheurtelou@aol.com_ (mailto:mheurtelou@aol.com)
Best regards,
Fequiere

The Museum of Art is pulling together a series of storytellers and I
would like to include Haitian storytellers in the series. Are there any
that you can direct me to or recommend? Do you have their contact
information?

Thank you
