The PAUL ROBESON AWARDS Competition was created by Howard University's
Department of Radio, Television and Film to honor professional and student 
excellence
in the motion picture and broadcast arts industries.  The Awards also honor the 
memory
and spirit of a great champion of human rights - the noted artist and activist, 
Paul
Robeson (1898-1976).


In addition, the Department of Radio, TV & Film will present a FREE series of 
workshops
conducted by Mr. Peck.  The workshop schedule is as follows, and you MUST RSVP 
in order
to attend.
