_oloffsonram@aol.com_ (mailto:oloffsonram@aol.com) There are a lot of little plastic bags (from selling water) and plastic bottles lying around in the streets and gullies in Haiti and I'm wondering if people were given a gourde for each 20 or 30 pieces, wouldn't a lot of the trash disappear? Couldn't that stuff be recycled somehow?
