I don't want to take the focus away from Haiti's energy needs and Haiti's
potential to move towards alternative energy providers, but while the Hispanic

population is in the streets perhaps they can address why Cubans get
<residency> when they land on U.S. soil and Haitians go to Krome  detention
center to
get repatriated, if they live long  enough...
