Death penalty and/or forced labor in perpetuity, in Haiti.
It would make no difference either way. Think about it. Haiti presently has
no death penalty on its law books but has "travaux force" (forced labor) as
legal punishment for capital crimes.
But where in Haiti has any of you seen any condemned prisoner performing
travaux force?
Unless playing domino in the yard of the rue du Centre prison counts for
forced labor.
