Is the prospect of due process so impossible to imagine in Haiti?  Why?
Cherie is implying Death Squads are the only answer.  Why?

How about Sylvain's proposal, minus t he public executions?

How about the system in the U.S., since U.S. already has interfered so much
in Haiti, would imposing a legal system be such an outrage?  Every day I
look at photos read about "confrontations" between U.N. "{peacekeepers] and
"gang leaders" but nothing about kidnappers arrested.
