Hello everyone --

I teach legal writing at the University of the District of Columbia.  One of my students is of Haitian descent.  She sends care packages to her family in St. Marc.  She has found that items go missing from the care packages.  She would like to know any methods of sending mail to St. Marc bypassing Port au Prince, where the items seem to disappear.
