the problem of the list is a very simple one.,  In my opinion,this is due to
a profond lack of ideas and desire for change ...as it is we are slipping
mentally in a ' cabisha ' pause., perhaps the time will come soon when we as
a people will wake up in a positive mode and with shock and hawe create a
real government in Exile and proceed with the clean up of the island !!! I
am game..and maybe I will start the game... g
