When Richard Morse write "if these gang members were truly gifted artists why weren't they in a recording studio in New York, Miami or Jamaica," it says something about how detached some people can be from the reality of ordinary Haitians, who can't step on a plane and
leave, no matter have "gifted" they may or not be.
