Hello everyone,

My name is Jessica Leight and I'm a graduate student in economics at Oxford,
currently working on a piece on Haiti.  I was wondering if anyone had recent
(post-2001) data on the government budget in Haiti and particularly the
breakdown between expenditure categories; I'm trying to get a sense of
social spending and its various components.
