In all fairness, the blanket categorization of Guy Delva as written by
Haitiananalysis (see below) should be substantiated rather than presented as 
the
truth:

Delva was part of the opposition that helped to overthrow Haiti's
democratically elected
government on February 29, 2004 and bring to power  de-facto Prime Minister
Gerard Latortue

Anything less discredits the writer more than it does Delva.
