The ones I know myself are:

Quisqueya University
Notre Dame, Catholic university
University Lumiere, Evangelical Baptist

I believe there is a Cuban Medical School, as well as a Taiwan
University on Tabarre which was built in Aristide's time and was used
originally by the MINUSTAH troops, but I don't know if it is
functioning.
