As you may remember, last year's festival was in December....I believe this change in time is a long term decision, and would suggest that the festival will be happening again in December.
I attended the first festival. The weather was good. The betting on good weather for this time of year has very bad odds.
Perhaps they decided that outdoor festivals on the Carib coast were better scheduled outside of hurricane season?
