Is there any hope for the Haitian justice system?  And I don't mean UN.  I mean 
the much-praised Preval govt.  What is his govt doing about the kidnappers, 
lynching, jails?  Does anyone know?

If Stevenson Jacobs has an answer:  I find him the most objective and 
informative of the journalists reporting on Haiti.  Everyone else seems to have 
an axe to grind.
