the issue regarding Sophonie is one where Haitian organizations can band
together, working with the Congressman from Florida, placing large ads in
the local papers in the major newspapers around south Florida, get someone
from the Miami Herald to "take on this issue" and run with it....

perhaps Yves Colon might do it, i dont know, but why not have a go at it?

this might be the perfect time, considering the Elion case........
