two points.....

M. Aristide certainly instituted violence while President, for i saw it
first hand......

second, i see that someone has finally mentioned the dreaded "stability"
term, Richard Morse making reference to this determining level of
investment, whether foreign or in-house.....

yep, you can bet that no one will invest till things are more
stable......question is, just how is stability going to come?
