I don't see what all the fuss is about myself.  Counting in 5's is simple
and the 'dollar' is quite convenient when you get used to it.  If I had to
pay 5 dollars and 38 cents I would simply give the person 26 goud and let
them make change or keep it. Vwala.  :)
