The 1987 Haitian constitution was translated in May 1987 (according to the
title page), but only distributed in the U.S. in 1989 by La Petite
Boutique, whose new address is HAITIANA PUBLICATIONS, 224-08 Linden Blvd.,
Cambria Heights, NY  11411   e-mail:  haitiana@idt.net.  The translation
was done by the Dejean brothers, Paul and Yves.  Following is the exact
publication info:
