Kathleen Burke kathleenmb@adelphia.net

the assertion in D. Esser's first sentence, that "the ruling classes in
Haiti favor a system that would let the people from the countryside dominate
the elections" requires discussion, as well as some proof for Esser's
astounding statement. to say that the most ignored people (except when it
comes to taxation) in Haiti have this position with the "ruling class" (who?
the people in Petionville and Kenscoff who never go into the countryside?)
Explain, please, reply please, participate in the discussion please.
