Hello,
Does anyone know a cheap and reliable way to call
Haiti? Phone cards are such a headache. They scam you
on minutes and half the time they don't work, so I'm
looking for an alternative to call my family in
Port-au-Prince. 
If phone cards are the only cheap way, do you have a
suggestion for the best cards.
