As he refused to answer charges that he was a us citizen when he 
became PM, instead saying "now that I am here it is moot", and 
lavalas blan here in the land of the brave say that they knew he was 
a us citizen all along, and the us ambassador was trying to get him 
to leave a year ago and forbade Guy Phillipe to take him, and he 
himself refuses to deny us citizenship, one can safely conclude that 
this canard has wings.

It is generally considered here that a whole lot of the lavalas 
deputies hold us and ca papers.
